Improve International is thrilled to welcome the following new and returning members to our board. We look forward to using their skills, networks and passions to help us to change the way we change the world.

Stephanie Arnette is a partner at Accenture and is their Global Oracle Customer Experience Lead. With more than 17 years’ experience with CRM implementations and strategy, she has managed internal Accenture strategy and go to market approaches, as well as client relationships. She has worked in many developing countries and spent a month in Africa doing volunteer work.

Karen Flanders is the Sustainability Practice Leader for Wisdom Works, a strategy development firm that advances wellbeing and sustainability in companies and communities worldwide. Karen brings over 20 years of experience working on sustainability issues within corporations, non-profits and intergovernmental organizations, both domestically and internationally. From 2001 to 2008, Karen was the Director of Sustainability at The Coca-Cola Company. Prior to joining Coke, Karen lived and worked in Europe and led European and global advocacy campaigns for the World Wildlife Fund (WWF), the conservation organization. Karen also worked in Paris for UNESCO in the division of environmental education and is fluent in French and Dutch.

Elizabeth Holmes is the Senior Vice President of IT Governance and Quality Assurance for Elavon, a $2 billion global provider of merchant acquiring services and integrated payments processing. She has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology. Elizabeth is active in Women in Technology (WIT), Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) and charitable organizations such as Junior Achievement and Year Up. Elizabeth was a 2011 finalist for the WIT Woman of the Year and Atlanta Telecommunications Professionals of the Year awards. She is a graduate from Georgia Tech and a native of Atlanta. She was one of our first board members and we’re glad she will continue to support us.

Stuart Jackson is a Shareholder in his family’s CPA firm, The Jackson Group, PC, where he has worked for the past 18 years.  He studied Industrial Engineering at Georgia Tech and his MBA at Georgia State and earned his CPA.  A native Atlantan, he has also lived in Germany and Canada. He is on the board of Historic Oakland Foundation and served on the board of the Atlanta Downtown Neighborhood Association.

And special thanks to LeeAnne Rees, now with Creative Edge Parties, for serving as one of our very first board members.  She rolls off the board after more than two years of support.
